Ranthambore is known for its large tiger population. Ranthambore

India. The park is located in the Sawai Madhopur district of southeastern Rajasthan,
which is about 180 km from Jaipur. Being considered as one of the famous and former
hunting grounds of the Maharajas of Jaipur, today the Ranthambore National Park

Park- the 4 wheel drive jeeps (Open to roof Gypsys, which seat

2. Ranthambore Fort
Ranthambore Fort is part of the Hill Forts of Rajasthan declared as World Heritage
Sites by UNESCO. Although nobody has been able to trace back exactly
when Ranthambore Fort was built, it is believed to have been constructed in the
8th century by the Chauhan Kings of Rajasthan.
The Fort has been attacked numerous times in various significant
periods of history, including attacks issued by Alauddin Khilji, Qutub-Ud-Din, Feroz
Tughlaq, and Gujarat’s Bahadur Shah.

in Rajasthan. The Ranthambore Fort located here, houses the Trinetra Ganesh Temple.
It lies at a distance of 12 kms from the main town. It is one of the oldest
temples in the country and probably the only one that has the presence
of his entire family, including the idols of his wives, Ridhi and Sidhi, and their
sons, Subh and Labh. The temple was constructed by the then royal King Hammir
Dev Chauhan in the year 1300.
It is said that all wedding invitations from nearby places are
first sent here, for the deity to bless the new couple.
